Fastech’s manufacturing complex, which boasts 25,000+ square meters of total factory area, is composed of three buildings.
Fastech Synergy Philippines Inc is located in Laguna, Philippines which is found in the heart of the Manila – Laguna – Batangas (MLB) Research and Innovation Consortium and Corridor.
The MLB Research and Innovation Consortium and Corridor is situated along the same route as the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and the six Higher Education Institutions recognized as Centers of Excellence and Centers of Development in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematical fields. With a high concentration of both industrial and academic activity, the MLB Research and Innovation Corridor bears much similarity to other regions in the world like Silicon Valley and the North Carolina Research Triangle.
The region is a hub for the electronics manufacturing industry, along which hundreds of electronics companies are located, and contributes approximately 50% of the total Philippine exports annually.
The corridor extends from Magallanes, Makati, passes through Laguna, and reaches all the way to Batangas City, is connected by the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road Tollway (STAR Tollway). Fastech is located 65.7 km from the Port of Batangas and 39.2 km from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). The company is also served by a global logistics provider. This gives the company easy access to both air and sea transport that are used for exporting its products.
Fastech is certified by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) as an Ecozone Export Enterprise. As a PEZA certified Ecozone Export Enterprise, Fastech is able to streamline the import and export process and is thus quick and efficient when it comes to moving and shipping goods into and out of the country. Fastech is found inside a Special Economic Zone Industrial Development, which is the Light Industry and Science Park I, developed by Science Park of the Philippines (SPPI). As with similarly certified developments, the park has a world-class infrastructure that provides high-quality and highly reliable utilities such as: power, water, and telecommunications. In turn, companies located inside a Special Economic Zone are highly resilient and are able to operate with little to no disruptions
