Fastech Synergy Philippines, Inc. partners with First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities (FAITH) for a scholarship program for senior high school students. As part of the agreement, Fastech is formally recognized as one of the sponsors for the program in a handover ceremony held last May 24, 2016.

Present in the ceremony were Fastech President Allan P. Timonera, Fastech COO Primo D. Mateo, and FAITH Managing Director Juan P. Lozano. It was also attended by officials and representatives from the Department of Education: Armando Faral (DepEd Division of Tanauan Administrative Officer V), Shirley Siman (DepEd Division of Tanauan Schools Division Superintendent), Dr. Josilyn Solana (DepEd Division of Laguna Schools Division Superintendent), Dr. Beatriz Torno (DepEd Region IV-A Assistant Regional Director), and Ronald Ramilo (DepEd Division of Tanauan Senior High School Program Supervisor).

Also present was Prof. Ma. Rosario B. Cesario, FAITH’s Basic Education Schools Director, who delivered a call for cooperation prior to the signing of memorandum of agreements with FAITH’s affiliates, namely Fastech Synergy Philippines, Inc., Afreight Philippines, Inc., Lima Park Hotel, and Firstec Metallics, Inc.

The highlight of the event was the handover of seven Fidelis Senior High graduates to Fastech Synergy Philippines, Inc. as full-fledged employees. This marks the fulfilment of the Fidelis promise of enrolment to employment.

Jessa Abanico, Gerald Blanche Amaro, Ray Mark de Leon, Arvin John dela Cruz, Aleczandra Marie Lajara, John Kenneth Malabuyoc, and Apple Reyes Maquirang were announced as Fastech’s newest family members, almost right after their graduation from senior high school.

Prior to their graduation, the pioneer Fidelis senior high school batch underwent thorough examination and interview for their on-the-job training at Fastech and other affiliate companies.

The first batch of Fidelis graduates was part of FAITH’s pioneering implementation of the K-to-12 program back in 2014.
